Member(s)/Purchaser(s) agree they are aware of and agree too, that in order to obtain any offers promoted on the web site they must submit a valid Discount Code immediately after the time of the completed purchase or within the 24 hour period immediately following the time of the completed purchase and that the discount code is submitted via email only to offer@swingers.co.uk and that the submission of a valid Discount Code must originate from the same email address that the Member(s)/Purchaser(s) account is held under.
Member(s)/Purchaser(s) agree they are aware of and agree too, that Discount Codes submitted to any other email address, other than offer@swingers.co.uk, will be deemed void and not accepted for discounted offers.
Member(s)/Purchaser(s) agree they are aware of and agree too, that Discount Codes submitted must originate from the email address that the Member(s)/Purchaser(s) account is held under. Discount codes submitted from email addresses not connected with the Member(s)/Purchaser(s) account will be deemed void and not accepted for discounted offers.
Life Registration refers to the initial joining of the site
Member(s)/Purchaser(s) agree they are aware of and agree too, that in the case of Life Registration, should a member leave the site and rejoin at a later date then the registration fee is no longer payable, how ever the ongoing monthly fee will still apply. Any overpayment above the monthly fee will be refunded.
Member(s)/Purchaser(s) agree they are aware of and agree too, that the submission of Discount Codes must be submitted immediately after the time of the completed purchase or within the 24 hour period immediately following the time of the completed purchase. Discount Codes submitted after this time period has elapsed will be deemed void and not accepted for discounted offers.
Member(s)/Purchaser(s) agree they are aware of and agree too, that the submission of any Discount Codes submitted prior to the completed purchase time will be deemed void and not accepted for discounted offers.
In addition to the above, Member(s)/Purchaser(s) agree they are aware of and agree too, that a verification image/photograph of the Member(s)/Purchaser(s) and/or Partner must be included on their account and this image/photograph must meet the requirements stated below. It must be uploaded via the web site within the preceding 24 hours after the purchase was completed and made. If the image submitted does not meet the criteria below or if the image is submitted after a period of 24 hours commencing from the time purchase was completed and made, this will result in any discounted offer being deemed void and not applied to the account
Member(s)/Purchaser(s) agree they are aware of and agree too, in the case of single Men or Women, the image/photograph must be of the purchaser/user, they must be fully facially visible within the image/photograph and not obscured or hidden by any objects. They must also include a piece of paper with the word Swinger/Swingers written clearly upon it and visible within the photo and without obscuring their face. If the image/photograph submitted does not meet this criteria this will result in any discounted offer being deemed void and not applied to the account.
Member(s)/Purchaser(s) agree they are aware of and agree too, in the case of a male and female Couple, the female must be included in the verification image/photograph and be facially visible within the image/photograph and not obscured or hidden by any objects. she must also include a piece of paper with the word Swinger/Swingers written clearly and visible within the photo and without obscuring their face. If the image/photograph submitted does not meet this criteria this will result in any discounted offer being deemed void and not applied to the account.
Member(s)/Purchaser(s) agree they are aware of and agree too, in the case of a same sex Couple, at least one person involved in the couple must be included in the verification image/photograph and be facially visible within the image/photograph and not obscured or hidden by any objects. They must also include a piece of paper with the word Swinger/Swingers written clearly and visible within the image/photograph and without obscuring their face. If the image/photograph submitted does not meet this criteria this will result in any discounted offer being deemed void and not applied to the account.
Member(s)/Purchaser(s) agree they are aware of and agree too, that a verification image/photograph must be of the Member(s)/Purchaser(s) or, the female partner in the case of different sex couples, and that it must be uploaded via the web site within the preceding 24 hours after the purchase was completed and made. If the image submitted does not meet this criteria it will result in any discounted offer being deemed void and not applied to the account.
Member(s)/Purchaser(s) agree they are aware of and agree too, if cases where is it not possible for the Member(s)/Purchaser(s) to submit an image/photograph for the purposes of verification they must contact admin@ukswingers.co.uk within the 24 hour period immediately following the time of the completed purchase stating this and the reasons why they are unable to include a verification image/photograph . Failure this will result in any discounted offer being deemed void and not applied to the account.
Members agree they are aware and agree to of all conditions in regard to the submission of a discount code and those concerning a verification image/photograph that and that both conditions must be met within the 24 hour period following purchase of membership being made
Members agree that they are solely responsible for ensuring the code has been sent.
Member(s)/Purchaser(s) agree they are aware of and agree too, that it is their sole responsibility to confirm if their account has had any discount offers applied to it by contacting offer@swingers.co.uk within 30 days of submitting a discount code. If a discount offer has not been applied and no contact made by the Member(s)/Purchaser(s) within 30 days of the previous billing period as applied by CCBill then the Member(s)/Purchaser(s), they agree they are only entitled to one months refunded and not any preceding months.
Member(s)/Purchaser(s) agree they are aware of and agree too, all discounts, including discount codes and length or membership/registration time are subject to change or withdrawal at any time by the web site.
Discount codes are not transferable between accounts. Any Member(s)/Purchaser(s) found to be transferring discount codes will be liable to removal from the site and no refund given.
Only one account per single and/or couple is permitted. Any further accounts connected to the single/couple and/or created by the single/couple will be closed. The original account may also me closed
Closed accounts may result in the member(s) (single and/or couple) being excluded from the site permanently
Member(s)/Purchaser(s) agree they are aware of and agree too, any refunds will be made after 30 days from the last CCBill billing period .
Member(s)/Purchaser(s) agree they are aware of and agree too, all decisions relating to discounts and refunds are final.
